To maintain a strict product control policy and the products offered are considered "edible goods." Once the products have been dispatched from our facility, whether opened or unopened, we are unable to accept returns, cancellations, or issue refunds.
This policy helps us maintain the highest standards of quality and hygiene for our customers. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
Exchanges
Customers may request an exchange if they have received incorrect products.
- Exchange requests must be submitted via email within three (3) days of receiving the goods.
- All original packaging, labels, and product tags must be intact and returned.
