In any case if your parcel may returned to us due to following reasons, we will require you to pay a re-shipping charge to dispatch your parcel again no matter the product quantity. 


• Unclaimed - Parcels weren’t claimed from local post office during the allotted time;
• Incorrect address - recipient incorrectly input a wrong address;
• Refused or Rejected - customs tax, import tax or extra clearance fees not settled by the recipient (if required).

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can follow your shipment using the relevant service below:

Once your parcel arrives in the destination country, final delivery will be handled by your local postal service. You may contact your local postal provider with your tracking number for the latest updates or any delivery enquiries.

Please note that in some countries, a signature may be required upon delivery.

Once your order is confirmed, it will be carefully prepared, and we aim to dispatch within 1-2 working days.

United Kingdom
Delivery typically arrives within 1-2 working days after dispatch.

United States & International
Delivery times vary by destination, generally arriving within 2-10 working days.

For orders within the UK, all items are carefully dispatched domestically, and no customs duties will apply.

For international orders, while not always applicable, your parcel may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees upon arrival in your country. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are respectfully beyond our control.
